SHARON McKENZIE is the outstanding stage presence fronting Sonic Road. Singing professionally for over 15 years, her great sense of humour & amazing vocal range captivates audiences of all ages. Known as the Soul Queen by many, Sharon is a TRUE entertainer who has performed with/supported such famous names as James Black (Rockwiz), Grand Wazoo, Suzannah Espie, The Drifters, The Platters & many more.

ANTHONY CALLEJA has been a multi-guitarist for over 11 years. Winning numerous music awards, including a VET Northern Music Nomination, his love of live music has led him to play old school rock, Johnny Cash, soul/R&B, & everything in between. Anthony has also played sessions for internationally famous acts such as Blackfeather, Jimmy Cupples & more.

FRANK UMANA has been playing piano/keys for over 40 years. Playing with artists such as Hot Ice, Foreign Legion, The Shakers, The Trimmers, Michael Charles, Joey Armenta (Taste) & John Kirk (Uncanny X men) in renowned venues around Australia, Frank’s passion covers blues, rock, soul, reggae and pop.

UMBERTO STRINGA has been rocking drums/percussion for over 35 years. Playing several styles in original & cover bands throughout Melbourne, Bert’s talents cover all rhythms, light & shade - from Latin to rock to soul/R&B to metal and beyond.
